Sausage Casserole
3 links Pork Sausage, cut in small pieces and browned
½ Green Pepper, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
¼ Tsp Garlic Powder
1 (8oz) can Tomato Sauce
➔After browning sausage, remove it from pan and drain pan of drippings,
reserving only about 2 tablespoons. Use these drippings left in pan to cook the
green pepper and onion. When these are cooked, add garlic powder, tomato sauce and
sausage.
